Contact Snapper is frustrating!

This app does a pretty good job populating data from a business card into defined slots for a straightforward business card, but it often confuses the person s name with the business name or misreads a few characters, so you really have to proofread carefully to see if everything matches. Its easy to crop the image of the business card.
There are a lot of annoying glitches. You cant enter an extension with a phone number. Some members of a group have an identifying icon, while the icon is missing for some members of the same group. Sometimes for reasons I dont understand the app shrinks down the image of the business card into a tiny, unreadable image on the standard app-created business card form. If you create a contact without a business card, you cant add a picture of the card later. I still havent figured out how to send emails from the app, let alone group emails. Its a cool idea thats pretty clunky in execution.
